We knew the fact that the sandy dust in the affected areas would prevent young people from engaging in outdoor activities or taking physical education lessons (outside). In addition, we also knew that the inhaled dust would cause infections such as pneumonia and ocular conjunctivitis. Accordingly, Megane ichiba, in hopes of improving the environment, donated 1,142 dust-proof goggles to support the people in the affected areas, via the support activities of Takashi Naganuma, the chief of the secretariat of the Osaka Fetal Cardiology Association (OFCA), which is providing support for the areas/people affected by the earthquake.
